Return Policy
We stand behind what we sell and want your experience to be straightforward.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1) General Return Window
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified, in original packaging, with all manuals, accessories, tags, and included parts.
Items that show signs of use, installation, wear, modification, or damage may be denied or subject to a restocking/refurbishment fee.
2) Restricted / Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns on:
Ammunition
Primers, powder, and hazmat items
Gift cards
Clearance / final sale items (marked “Final Sale”)
Any item that has been installed, used, altered, or modified
Any item missing original packaging/parts (at our discretion)
3) Accessories, Optics, Apparel, and Non-Serialized Parts
Eligible accessories and non-serialized parts may be returned within 30 days if new/unused and complete.
Optics/electronics must be returned with all factory seals, serial stickers, and packaging intact.
If an item arrives missing parts or accessories, we may deduct the replacement cost from your refund.
4) Order Cancellations
If your order has not shipped, you may request cancellation.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.
5) Defective / Warranty Claims (DOA and Manufacturer Warranty)
If an item is defective:, Contact us within 7 days of delivery for DOA (Dead on Arrival) issues.
After the DOA period, many products are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you with next steps when possible.
Do not ship items back without a Return Authorization (RA).
